You read right. The above link takes you to where you can download the program Anicro Desapro (Animal Crossing Design Aid Program). All ya gotta do is find an image on the web, save it, upload it into the program (make sure it's saved in the right format first), an BAM! It'll be resized to the appropriate dimensions and the pic will show in the 16 color palettes selectable in AC for pattern-making.
